Julie is a detail-oriented real estate administrative assistant provides administrative support to the real estate team to ensure smooth real estate transactions. Responsibilities include managing all paperwork while complying with legal paperwork procedures, scheduling appointments with clients for final walkthroughs, and acting as a liaison for all involved stakeholders to provide excellent customer service. Additionally, Julie oversees marketing objectives and works with other team members to facilitate company events in the community.
**Oversee all aspects of buyer & seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.
**Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan and appraisal processes.
**Coordinate inspections, assist in negotiations regarding repairs, and coordinate completion of repairs.
**Regularly update & maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender etc.
**Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance.
**Coordinate moving/possession schedules.
**Schedule, coordinate & attend closing process.
**Input all client information into client database system.
